A little more about me

Hi, I am Harshit Dave and I am a graphic and web designer. I typically specialize in print design, brand identity as well as in small brochure and wordpress websites, but I am always excited to work on a project any size. Feel free to view some of my previous work here.

I pride myself on being an easy designer to work with. My mission is to grow and develop as an artist and as a person, using my design work in all genres. I’m always easily accessible and ready to help you.

I am passionate about my work and I don’t give up until I am fully satisfied with the outcome.

I’m a sociable, friendly guy and have the right attitude.

I think creatively – whether it’s on the web or on paper, I’m always looking to discover new angles for creativity and learn something new everyday.

When I am not working on design, you’ll find me listening to music, watching movies, reading – or may be even all at once. I have been fortunate enough to see a fair bit of the world be it holidaying in Indonesia, or riding the monorail in Sydney, or taking a coach tour across Europe, or vacationing across Asia. After having lived in Melbourne, Australia for over 8 years at present I’m enjoying life in Hyderabad, India.

In November, 2010 I started my own design firm – Kreative Brandz. It is a growing graphic design company serving people and businesses across the world. Now based in Hyderabad, India, I strive to give my clients the most superior and cost efficient solutions in this vastly competitive market.

Education

I became interested in design during my post graduation years at RMIT University, Melbourne where I majored in web design and development. Having a programming background has definitely helped me in web development field, but I rarely use anything besides the principles I learned.

In 2006 I successfully completed a certification course in multimedia design and animation.

About this site

On this website I maintain my design blog and really this is just a place where I can put up my portfolio and play around at times. This site is coded with valid XHTML and CSS (Except for some advanced CSS that all browsers don’t support yet). This website uses WordPress as the backend CMS. It also makes use of jQuery JavaScript library as it is so awesome.
